Operating Partner and Founder

Zana Dillard founded Dillard & Company in 1998.

From extraordinary personal service to community service - Zana Dillard is dedicated to exceeding expectations. More than 30 Fortune 500 companies entrust their corporate relocations to the award-winning Dillard & Company. An Accredited Relocation Specialist and Certified Luxury Home Specialist, Dillard is an expert at easing a client's transition into or out of the Atlanta metro area.

Zana Dillard has personally closed more than $100 million in residential sales since 1998. In addition to being a Georgia Realtor Institute Certified Agent, Licensed Associate Broker, and Senior Marketing Specialist, Zana is the President of Homes of Distinction, a luxury program presented by Keller Williams. She understands the power of creative, well-organized, highly effective marketing and uses her sales, negotiation and follow-up skills to realize each client's objectives.

Managing Partner

hinton_head_shotHinton Dillard joined Dillard & Company in 2007 as the Managing Partner to help guide the organization through its next stage of rapid growth.

Realizing that Atlanta was attracting estate owners and world leaders in business, sports, entertainment and government in ever-increasing numbers, Hinton understood that buyers and sellers of more expensive homes need the exacting, personal and one-on-one service that only the most professional firm of specialists can provide.

With the business practices of the finest investment, law and accounting firms in the city as his model, he is developing the company based on the principles of: market knowledge, expertise, professionalism, integrity and customer service.

Dillard has over 30 years of experience founding and growing companies from infancy into market leaders. He began his entrepreneurial career writing business plans for BellSouth in the 1980s with the founding of medical networking company CHN. Later, as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, he helped grow IMS into the nation's leading hospital to physician networking company, which the principals sold to Eli Lilly Pharmaceuticals.

In 2005, Dillard founded Literate Nation, a non-profit that delivers the most successful entertainers, authors, TV personalities and entrepreneurs, as role models, into the inner city high schools of Atlanta. Literate Nation has produced events motivating over 3,500 students with inspiring presentations from Ted Hall, WXIA, entrepreneur, Russell Simmons; poet, Nikki Giovanni; author, Nelson Demille; TV producer, author, Stephen J. Cannell and many others.

Dillard is a Georgia native and earned an MBA in marketing from the UGA Terry College of Business.

Operating Principal, Broker

shaunrawlsShaun Rawls joined Keller Williams in 1999, with 15 years of experience in real estate and a degree in industrial management.

A top-producing agent, Shaun achieved a production level of approximately $10 million before moving into management, as a proven leader a Keller Williams.

Attracted by the company's overall platform of opportunity, supported by the Keller Williams culture, economic models, training, support programs and profit sharing, Shaun was recognized for his achievements from the start, and is now the Operating Partner of five Keller Williams offices, managing 1,200 agents in Atlanta, Georgia.
 

General Manager

jmoranphoto_smallFrom 2001 - 2005, Jeri Moran was Team Leader for the Bass Group which currently sells over

150 homes a year in Boca Raton, FL. She specialized in training Buyer Specialists in contracts, time management and her favorite; scripts and dialogues.

Before joining the Bass Group, Jeri was a Publicist in New York City for cable networks including CNN and VH-1 and syndicated programs for Warner Brothers and television personalities including Queen Latifah. In this position, she learned client care and marketing skills that today, she shares with her team.

Jeri is a national trainer for Howard Brinton's Star Power Buyer University and is a Certified Regional Trainer for Keller Williams.

Jeri is currently the General Manager of six Keller Williams offices in Atlanta, GA and the Operating Principal for Keller Williams Realty Ft. Lauderdale NE and Keller Williams Realty, Blue Ridge, GA.

Team Leader, Managing Broker

Steve Kout follows Shaun Rawls and Jeri Moran as the 3rd Team Leader/Managing Broker in the history of Keller Williams Realty First Atlanta.  Licensed since 1998, Steve was the co-leader and listing specialist for The Kout Team for 9 years until moving into his current role.  The Kout Team joined Keller Williams in 2002 as a well-established team but attracted by the business models detailed in Gary Keller's best-selling "Millionaire Real Estate Agent" book.  

Since joining Keller Williams, The Kout Team has enjoyed recognition as a Top 20 Team in the Atlanta Board of Realtors.  In addition to his Broker's License, Steve has earned his Accredited Buyers Representative designation (ABR), his Graduate-Realtors's Institute designation (GRI), and his Keller Williams eAgentc designation.  Prior to real estate, Steve was a successful QSR developer, and attended Duke University.
